Wildcat Epic Bike Race features two different 50-mile stages, each one with their own unique challenges. The course links together many existing great riding areas in the area, as well as a use of some new terrain developed by New York State.

The Catskills and the Hudson Valley region offer some of the best biking in the East, owing to the hilly terrain in some parts and mountains in others. From the seat of your bicycle you can take in the picturesque views of rolling hills, the countryside, incredible mansions and the mountains.
Best of all, whether you're a novice or experienced cyclist, there are a wide variety of roads and trails throughout the area to choose and discover. From mountain and country roads to rail trails (former railway lines that have been converted to paths) and old carriage ways that lead though the Mohonk Preserve. Then there’s beautiful Minnewaska Park to keep you entertained all day if you want.
